Sydney Turns 28 in Panama City Beach

Happy Birthday Sydney! Logan and Sydney and Benson made the drive to Panama City Beach to stay with us for a few days and to celebrate Sydney's birthday.

It had been snowing just a few days before, and the weather was still very cold.

They arrived Thursday night and we enjoyed visiting and eating some treats from Buc-ees they had picked up on their drive over.

The next day was relaxing and getting ready to to party.

Us boys had some NY Steak for lunch, yum!

Benson helped Logan wrap birthday presents.

A trip over to the hot tub followed by a cold ride back home in the golf cart. Good thing Benson had that warm bathrobe to wear! The weather was colder than we've ever had here.

For dinner we went to one of Sydney's (and ours) favorites, Old Florida Fish House.

Nobody was eating outdoors like we usually do, too cold. We had a delicious meal inside. And enjoyed watching Benson get 'high' on blue ice cream haha.

When we got home we broke out the German Chocolate cake that was special made just for Sydney. My was it good!

The next morning we were off to Rosemary Beach and our favorite Playa Bowls.

The sun was out and we enjoyed the warmth it brought, even if the air was still cold. It was a beautiful day.

Later in the day Mitzi and Sydney went to the spa at Henderson Beach Resort for massages and facials. Logan and I hung out with Benson at the park in Wild Heron.

And had a Tomahawk Steak that was amazing.

In the afternoon we visited Carousel Market and the shop and found a few fun things to buy.

Then we headed across the street to watch the sun go down on the beach.

It was very peaceful and beautiful. There was no wind and the water was very calm.

We are so grateful we got to celebrate Sydney's birthday with her and her family!
