Direct Summer Flight!
Hey Grandma.... there's a direct flight from ECP to STL this summer on Southwest! When are you coming?
Nothing like a quick 2 hour direct flight to pull on the heart strings. I can see through pictures and videos Benson is changing so fast. Damon is so supportive and drops me off to catch a flight up to St. Louis for a few days. The cutest little guy picks me up!
He's such a sweet boy. I don't know if there is anything better than sitting in their big rocker and loving him while he sleeps.
During his awake and non-feeding hours.....He loves exploring outside, kicking on the changing station, and floating in the tub. His expressions are so fun!
Logan is busy with his 4th year of Dental school, Sydney is busy with her work with Discovery and breastfeeding Benson exclusively... but we make it out a few times for some evening meals. These three are great hosts :)
I have made 4 quilts lately and had big plans to have Sydney help me quilt them. She is so talented with graphic design! I'm so thankful I get to use her amazing skills. We had some wonderful afternoons in the basement. Benson loved it..... mostly ;)
More outside time and more smiles from this cute little guy. He has a very sweet personality.
A few min before I had to leave to the airport I sat Benson on my lap and we had the funnest little conversation. His eye contact and his mimic behavior is so spot on. What a treat!
I'm so thankful I was able to visit for a few days! Logan and Sydney are doing a wonderful job with this Parenthood adventure! And it's so amazing being a Grandma to Benson!
