Lizzie and Josh Graduate

We got to celebrate both Lizzie and Josh graduating on the same day, in different places!

Lizzie graduated at noon in Salt Lake City at the U. Josh graduated at 7p in St. George at Dixie.

The evening before Lizzie's graduation we enjoyed dinner with Lizzie, Josh, Maddy, and Preston.

Mitzi ordered room service the next morning for the big day. We needed lots of nourishment!

We arrived at the U stadium parking lot and helped Lizzie put the finishing touches on her graduation outfit.

Josh's parents had driven up from St. George to be there to celebrate Lizzie as well.

As we headed back to the parking lot at the Stadium Lizzie asked for me to take her picture. The stadium has a lot of memories and connections to her dad, and every time I look at this sweet picture of here and the stadium I get tear up.

We left Salt Lake around 2p and booked it down to St. George to get there in time for Josh's graduation.

Josh's grandparents came to celebrate too.

We went to Durango's for dinner, one of our favorites. Mitzi and I had our first sit-down meal together there on our first date and I told her the whole story (saga haha) about Durango's. I'm glad this one survives and continues to thrive.

We stayed in St. George for a few more days and enjoyed Josh and Lizzie and Damon and Macall's family (next post).

Dinner at Rylu's was amazing as always.

Our rental house had a hot tub and I think we enjoyed it every day!

We are very proud of Josh and Lizzie for finishing their schooling and accomplishing this. They just purchased a house in Bountiful and are moving there over the next few weeks.
