Lifestyles Unlimited Expo 2024
We teach 3 classes in 2 days at the Lifestyles Unlimited Expo before heading off to Europe.
We flew from Panama City Beach direct to Dallas. Stayed in the Westin at the convention center. This is our favorite venue for the Expo.
In the morning we headed over at 7:30a because I was teaching the Podium for Passives at 8a. We've never started that early and I was curious how the turn out would be. It was great!
Last year the room was way too small so this year they gave us a much larger one. The class went well, Mitzi was surrounded by fun people and she had a good time talking to them.
At 10a I taught another class, the Quest property evaluation. It went great.
In the afternoon Del gave his keynote address. There were 3,000 people there. There are so many motivated members in this group, it's fun to be part of it.
We ran into Binit Gupta, he's the lead investor in one of the deals we are in. And it's a great investment. He refinanced it a couple years ago and we got all our money back plus a little more, and it continue to have nice quarterly distributions. Our best deal for sure.
I think Binit and Mitzi make a nice looking couple!
The next day I had another 8a class. I taught the new BasilBooks. Mitzi helped out because she knows the app better than I do, and it was fun to share together.
For the record I think Mitzi and I make for a nice looking couple too, even if I look a bit goofy :)
In the afternoon we headed over to the DFW airport to catch an international flight to Heathrow and on to Portugal. It was a whirlwind couple of days and a really fun time.
