Lifestyles Expo 2025

It's Lifestyles Expo time again. Sydney was able to come too and brought Benson. So many lead investors and passive investors love her because she's so amazing helping them with Lifestyles Podium and getting their deals put together.

Mitzi rarely naps, but I think she did three times on this trip! So happy for her.

Benson was really into 'attacking' Mitzi as you can see from the pictures. They were both having so much fun with it.

Benson's joy when he saw the pizza guy at Grimaldi's tossing a 3 foot diameter pizza in the air. And they brought him his own little dough and flour to play with.

I taught two classes on Friday. My second class was in the huge ballroom where they were setting up for lunch. The room was way too big, so I asked everyone to come gather around a table and we had a less formal conversation about using Podium as lead investors. A different and unexpected format that actually worked really well!

We ate at Thirsty Lion three times on this trip. The pretzel was so good.

On our walks to the restaurant Benson let me carry him on my shoulders. He seemed to really enjoy that.

On Saturday I taught another class, Podium for Passives, then was on a panel with the lead investors and we talked about AI and applying it to lead investing. My new program, Lifestyles Maven, will help them serve prospect tenants and residents at the their apartment complexes. I'm currently building it and it was very well received. So, encouraging!

Mitzi and Sydney and Benson were really great to come to the classes and I really appreciated them doing that.

Benson was watching a YouTube show, I think it's called Outdoors with the Boys, where this dad goes on outdoor trips with his young sons. Here he was catching fish out of a river and Benson was so excited each time he pulled a huge catch out!

We enjoyed the pool at the hotel.

It was a quick trip, a fun trip, and a productive trip!
